At Hold Your Own®, every order is produced with intention and quality control. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.


📦 ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

All orders require up to 7 business days for production before shipping.

This production time applies to:

  • Custom items

  • Print-on-demand products

  • Limited releases

  • Membership or exclusive items (if applicable)

Production time does not include shipping transit time.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.


🚚 SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Once your order has completed production, shipping time will depend on the method selected at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


🌍 SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to:

  • United States

Hold Your Own® is not responsible for carrier-related delays once an order has shipped.


🛑 ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


🔄 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order is marked as delivered, Hold Your Own® is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
